Re.S.Artes depends on the skills of two doctors of Physics of Archaeomaterials who apply their expertise for about 15 years in the field of scientific analysis of objects of art, and items from cultural heritage and archaeological contexts.
Training and skills
Celine Roque is an Art Historian, having a PhD Thesis in the field of scientific methods applied to Archeology and Art History.
She is also Competent Person in Radiation Protection (PCR) and holds a Certification in Handling Industrial Radiography devices (CAMARI).
Emmanuel Vartanian, Expert at the Bordeaux Court of Appeal, is a Physician, having a PhD Thesis in the field of scientific methods applied to Archeology and Art History.
He also holds a Certification in Handling Industrial Radiography devices (CAMARI).
Professional experiences
For about 15 years, we put our academic and professional experience serving the expertise of works of art, archaeological research and scientific assistance to the preservation of cultural heritage.
We contribute to the development of our methods of investigation through our own research programs and partnerships with university laboratories.
We publish our work in collaboration with researchers and we teach in training courses aimed at dealers in art, conservators and curators.
