To complete your kownledge of objects of art and archaeological artefacts from different points of view (authentication, conservation state, dating, …), Re.S.Artes, laboratory for scientific analyses, proposes its services.
Using the skills, the knowledge and more than 15 years of experience of three Doctors in Physics applied to ancient materials, we analyze any kind of objects (woods, terracottas, stones, minerals, metals, paintings, …) and archaeological artefacts, using the most adequate techniques (Carbon 14 dating, Thermoluminescence / OSL dating, Microscopy and Spectroscopy techniques …) in order to evaluate their antiquity and their preservation state. Furthermore, using transportable equipments, we offer scientific imaging and analyses in situ (IR reflectography, X-ray imaging, LIBS, …).
